1. Scope and Application
This Copyright Statement applies to all YellowMark Publishing House websites and journals (collectively referred to as "YellowMark Platforms"), including the Journal of Integrative Biomedical Research, Global Energy Research, Journal of Robotic Surgery and Innovation, and any future journals published or hosted by YellowMark ("YellowMark Journals").
The term "Website" refers to all online portals operated under the domain www.yellowmark.org and its associated journal subdomains.
The term "Owner" refers to YellowMark Publishing House, 6 A Reler Ln, Somerset, NJ 08873, United States.
2. Ownership of Website Content
Unless otherwise stated, all materials available on YellowMark Platforms — including but not limited to text, graphics, journal layouts, logos, icons, images, videos, audio files, downloadable materials, data compilations, software code, and overall website design — are the property of YellowMark Publishing House or are used under license from their respective owners.
These materials are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws, as well as applicable intellectual property treaties.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or reuse of any YellowMark website material is strictly prohibited except where permitted under an open license or written permission has been obtained from YellowMark.
3. Authorship and Article Copyright
Authors or contributors retain the copyright of their scholarly articles published in YellowMark Journals.
By submitting and publishing their work with YellowMark, authors grant the publisher a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to:
- Publish, reproduce, and distribute the article in any format or medium;
- Include the work in electronic databases, repositories, and indexing services; and
- Use the article metadata for indexing, archiving, and scholarly dissemination purposes.
This license ensures that articles remain freely accessible and reusable in accordance with our open-access publishing model.

All articles published by YellowMark Publishing House are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

This license allows:

6. E-Books and Supplementary Material
Any E-books, conference proceedings, or supplementary materials published under YellowMark Journals are governed by the same licensing conditions as individual journal articles.
Unless otherwise indicated, these materials are also covered under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0) license.
7. Article Metadata and Indexing
Metadata associated with published articles — including titles, author names, affiliations, abstracts, keywords, and citation information — are considered part of the public scholarly record and are licensed under Creative Commons CC0 (Public Domain Dedication) terms.
This ensures free use and reuse of metadata for indexing, citation tracking, and academic dissemination.
8. Software, Website Code, and Design
All software, website architecture, and backend code used on YellowMark Platforms are the exclusive property of YellowMark Publishing House or its technology partners.
Use of such code, including automated scraping, reproduction, or modification, is strictly restricted except where permitted by YellowMark's Terms and Conditions or applicable law.
All intellectual property rights related to the website design, structure, and database organization are protected under copyright and trade dress laws.
9. Historical Content and Previous Licenses
Articles published before any change in YellowMark's licensing policy remain under the license terms active at the time of their publication.
If an article was published under a different license (e.g., CC BY-NC), users must check the PDF version or article footer for specific reuse permissions.

10. Infringement and Takedown Policy
